It attempts this by:
- presenting the faiths in simple language
- resolving common misunderstandings
- embracing our similarities
- clarifying our differences
- questioning our assumptions
Its aim is to become a website that both Muslims and Christians would happily recommend and be a place where they can dialogue with one-another.
Please Contribute
Comment - We value your comments whether you are Christian or Muslim. Your feedback will help us to improve the site. If you’ve got questions about an article or think that Islam or Christianity has been misrepresented then please comment on the appropriate article and we will review what is written.
Suggest – If you want to know more about a specific area of either faith then please email us at contact@wherethefaithsmeet.info and we would be glad to consider adding something on that topic.
Write – We would welcome you to help populate this site. We want both Muslims and Christians to contribute so that the site contains both perspectives. You can find a list of articles we are hoping to have started here or if there is nothing there that takes your fancy then suggest your own.
Neutrality
There are many sites on the web that attempt to convince you to change your faith. This site is intended to be neutral territory where both Christian and Muslim views can be presented without attempting to put one above the other. If you feel we have strayed from this aim in either direction then please comment and let us know.
